Booking Terms & Condition

This document constitutes your booking agreement terms with Kudat Riviera. PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY AS YOU WILL BE BOUND BY THEM.

Condition Of Stay

The maximum number of people residing in the villa cannot exceed the number stated on the booking invoice. Kudat Riviera reserves the right to refuse service or rentals to anyone at our complete discretion.

Check-In & Check-Out

1. Check in time is 2.00pm onwards on the day of arrival. Check out time is 11.00am on the day of departure.
2. Early arrival – While we are unable to guarantee early check-in, we will do our best to accommodate requests based on availability. To guarantee arrival prior to 2pm, we suggest that you make your reservation for the previous night.
3. Late Check out – Rooms requiring late check out up to 5.00pm on the day of departure will be charged at 50% of the published rate, subject to availability. Extension beyond 5.00pm will be charged full rate.

Covid-19

Due to the current Covid-19 situation, the following SOP applied during check in:

1. All adults must be fully vaccinated with Low Risk No Symptom status shown on their MySejahtera app.
2. Teenage age 12-17 years old must be vaccinated with a minimum 1 dose of vaccine. Low Risk No Symptom status shown on their MySejahtera app is required.
3. Kudat Riviera reserves its absolute rights to refuse check in for any guest who does not fulfill the above requirement.

Terms Of Payment

Payment in full for all charges must be settled before check in. Payment should be made directly into the bank account as per details stipulated in our booking confirmation details or invoice.

Cancellation Charges / No Show

1. 50% REFUND ON CANCELLATION, 30 days or more prior to arrival date.
2. NO REFUND FOR NO-SHOW OR CANCELLATION 29 days or less days prior to arrival date.

Child Policy

Child below the age of 11 years old sharing the same room with parents utilizing existing bedding is free of charge. Child age 12 years old and above is considered as an adult.

Smoke Free

The villa’s rooms and its indoor space is 100% smoke-free. Anyone found smoking in the room and indoor space is subject to a penalty of RM500.00

Pet

Pets are not allowed within the property.

Responsibilities

You undertake to leave the accommodation and all its furnishings and effects in a clean state and in good order. You also undertake to advise us if any missing or damaged items and of any damage to the property and to reimburse us for such loss or damage.

Liability

1. Kudat Riviera is in no circumstances responsible for any loss, expense, damage, claim or injury either directly or indirectly, consequential or otherwise whatsoever, however caused or incurred.
2. Kudat Riviera is not responsible for any deaths and injuries whatsoever within or outside its property, e.g. falls from the terrace, staircases, balconies, accidents in swimming pool.
3. Kudat Riviera is not responsible or liable for any personal injury or death casualty of accompanying children, whatsoever. Parents or legal guardians acts at their own risk and are solely responsible for the safety of their children. This includes using the swimming pool.

You acknowledge that you have read these conditions and that you accept them without reservation or exception.
